Over the last 3 years Room for Tea was awarded over £170,000 seed funding through various funding programmes and Room for Tea has helped nearly 400 young people find an affordable or free housing option so they could undertake a work placement.

Sarah supports Empowering Futures as an Advisor, she is currently a Team Leader for Angela Mortimer, a global recruitment agency that partners with technology firms, global financial institutions as well as startups to source the best talent internationally. Currently building a multilingual team of consultants in the London office well as advising on recruitment strategies both in London & Globally.
Manuel is an entrepreneur and he delivers effective inclusion strategies to organisations, as well as executive coaching for teams and leaders. He supports Empowering Futures as advirsor and he has also worked for the World Economic Forum as Associate Director, leading the development for Global Shapers Community with hubs in over 400 cities around the world.
